Happy St Patrick's Day, Irish cats, and the Cat Sith
Just the facts Ma'am. Ireland did a survey and asked questions for genetic questions about their Irish cats. Irish cats are mainly black with white spots. This fits with the legends of the Cat Sith. It is a fairy creature from Celtic mythology, said to resemble a large black cat with a white spot on its chest. Legend has it that the spectral cat haunts the Scottish Highlands.
